What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

How long ago did you buy the start/stop button? I contacted that company several times a while back with no response. I don't think they make the Star Wars versions anymore.

 

This weekend I swapped out my Fabtech uniball UCA with JBA UCA. It looks like I didn’t lose any articulation with the swap and I got sealed ball joints. No more squeaky control arms! Then I swapped out my lower control arm ball joint. That was a bitch. Pro tip, harbor freight has a ball joint press adapter expansion kit. It has the correct sizes to remove the lower ball joints.

 

Thoughts? How’s the heat? Quality? Was the install as straightforward as the video shows?

Nice quality. I have talked to the person who started this project from Canada and has stated it gets hot, but don’t know the exact temperature. Waiting to install mine when get some time off from work. Here’s his YouTube page. He works for the company who sells them. Then install looks to be simple. Beautiful! Exactly what I want except smoked sides instead of clear.

 

Put in a rear seat platform for the dogs to ride more comfortably. Also have a ramp to make it easier for them to get in. Makes long rides better for the ladies!

no drill gun mount using factory mounts on the roof for plastic clothes hangers hooks. Easy to undo and restore to factory look.

 

Around $1400 for the lights and $600 for the customization and ship back to me.

 

I've had that for about 2 years now. I got it on taco clout via etsy. I just checked though and it says no longer available

Hit my 6 month window at 7,000 miles, spent last night changing the oil (wasting paper towels of course), rotated tires and checked for the welding debris on my rear axle. Everything looked fine, scheduled an appointment for the dealership to take a look and "officially" complete the recall next week.

How do you like that Ryobi sprayer? Do you wash the truck with it?

 

For the price I paid I really like it, I found it for $100 w/ a battery and foam blaster on ebay. At the $180 retail price I don't know if it would be worth it vs finding a different washer.
It's pretty much only good for washing my cars and small things around the house. It won't replace a full size pressure washer.

Also it is the 40v version not the 18v. I already have a bunch of ryobi 40v tools; lawn mower, weed eater, leaf blower, chainsaw, vacuum, and snow blower. So I wanted to keep to their battery system.
