fuck that... Matt... don't take the 15 back... we do Stateline to the agricultural checkpoint by dirt on the westside of the 15... waaaaaaaaay more fun than cruising the traffic back...

Open the gate here:
35.610607, -115.394399

Hard left turn here:
35.618776, -115.405896

follow the power lines aka Powerline Road for about 150 miles

You end up here:
41200 Paradise Springs Rd
Newberry Springs, CA 92365

Cross over the fwy, turn right on Yermo, find a spot to pull over and air back up.

Continue on Yermo Road and then turn right on E. Yermo Road to jump back on the fwy.

If you have enough gas to make it to Hesperia, the Valero on Main Street in Hesperia is typically cheaper than a lot of the gas stations in the desert.

I usually wheel with a map and my garmin in places I don't know. It go me around lucerne, ocotillo wells and superstition pretty well the last few years. I like the whole wheel early saturday and finish up the trip on sunday. Mike's idea of getting home that way sounds like a ton of fun. This month I'll plan out how to get everything situated in my bed so I can still wheel pretty rough without it flying out.

If you guys are on the fence, I would say go. I went on the last one and had a blast. I would jump at this one in a second, except I already have plans.
