Creaky Driver's Seat - 24 Sport (two-tone fabric)

Just picked up my Tacoma today so this is day 1, 24km on the odometer.

Never noticed it during test drives but it's super noticeable now... Tried all of the power seat configurations and no luck getting it to quiet down. Dealer wants me to drop by and show them again when the service manager is in.

Well that definitely seems like it would be annoying. Sorry I’m of no help but hopefully the dealer can take care of issue quickly for you!

 

Dealer will probably stuff a t shirt in there.

 

I'd ask for the fancy air seats as replacement. Literally undriveable.

 

Whatever works honestly, I'd never know the difference.

 

Kind of sounds like a 6 month old bed of athletic Newlyweds. You didn't.. never mind.

 

Update - dealer had the vehicle for the day to diagnose and they have ordered a new seat back under warranty. Part is back ordered of course so we'll see how long it takes to arrive.
