Front bumper features?

I'm looking at bumpers for my TRD/OR... I need a receiver *and* a winch in front. I need the winch for typical winch things, and use a front hitch to park my boat trailer in some pretty gnarly places so it's not like I'm pushing or pulling 5k pounds.

I've looked through the bumper threads but didn't see anything. Maybe I missed it, maybe I'm living in a fantasy world. Has anyone seen one or have one?

 

What about a bumper with just the hitch mount?? Then getting a winch cradle/winch instead?? That way, you just install the winch when needed and if you have the tow package, you can use it in the back also.

 

I guess that could work with a heavy enough receiver. I'm not sure how to get a class IV hitch installed though, I'm pretty sure a regular class 3 is only good for 5k pounds
