Has anyone tired yet? I really like the look of them so I was cross shopping them compared to the at4w. According to Discount Tires site they are 65 pounds in a 285 75 16 and not available in a 255 85 16. That's seems awfully heavy when there is 295 75 16 around that weight.

For weights, I would say compare the tread width spec. In 265 size, the Wildpeaks run .5-1 inch wider than other ATs.

shows the RT @ 51 lbs for a 265/75/16, which is a couple pouds lighter than most AT options including the AT4W. That is light for an RT, even a smaller one, to undercut an AT in the same size. Wonder if accurate?

My current 285 75 16s are the mickey thompson baja legend and they are only 56 pounds. It's one of the lightest tires I found in that size. It's basically an RT as well

Anyone here go from Kenda Klever A/t2 to the these at4/ws?

While I really want 35”s, more than likely I’m going to go with 285/75/16s to replace my 255/85/16 ST Maxx.

cant say ive been pleased with these tires, but not completely sure they are my issue yet. i have a vibration in the steering wheel and can feel in pedals in the high 40s/lower 50s. its not bad, its not a shake, but i can "feel" the tires rotating.
I got the TRD lift from Toyota, dont think i had any issue after that with the stock wheels n tires, then about 2 weeks later i had the TRD PRO 17" wheels installed with Falken AT4w 275/70/17s. local shop for the wheel and tire mount balance and install. noticed the issue, went back after a week, they "made some adjustments". went to Discount Tire yesterday, who were awesome, got me in and out, said ALL were out of balance, adjusted them FOR FREE. but i can still feel it some. in general the ride seems way smoother but can still feel some of that vibration.

any ideas?? its driving me crazy.

It may be your struts. I had Eibachs on my truck, literally new with 12ks. I switched to the 4runner pro wheels the truck front end started vibrating. I went back to discount tires/america’s tires for rebalancing twice. They told me everything was fine. However the vibration was still there. The vibration occurs when traveling about 45 to 55 mph. So I switched out the struts back to my used OMEs and the vibration went away. Problem solved for now. Hopefully this helps.

Finally bit the bullet and got LT265/75R16 AT4w. Product of months and months of research and back and forth between different options. Super happy though, the ride is way better than I expected for load E tires. But anything would be better than my 2/32" old AT3w tires lol.

News for what? I got mine from them online and they did a great job. If you're looking for the skinnies then they're still out of stock.

Has anybody chalk tested the LT265/75R16 size yet? Did the fronts of mine and found that 33psi was pretty decent, but didn't have time to do anything else due to rain.

I am going this same route. How do they feel compared to the atw3 LT? I ran at3w LT on my 1st Gen. they were heavy but decent for the weight and great in the road and trails. MPG hit?

I was coming from AT3W SL, so I can't comment on the LT version. I can say that they're slightly stiffer than the SL but really not super noticeable. Seeing maybe 1-2mpg decrease

Thanks. I ran LT on my 1st Gen. We I’ve in the mountains and explore/camp a lot. More piece of mind on the trails. However I keep going back and fourth on the SL v LT due to Falkens weight. Wish they had a c load

Get the SL and get the discount warranty, best of both worlds! I have the SL in a 265, and it's been great so far.

I just installed 255/70/17 on -10 offset 17x8.5 rims on stock 21 OR suspension, and surprisingly, they rub when turning going forwards and in reverse. Happy with the way they look, but going to break out the heat gun to create some room in the next few days!

Not a huge sample size yet (only about 50km/30miles), but they feel more comfortable than the Wranglers I had before. Noise is negligible, I feel?
