Just ordered a new C4 fab bumper and a winch to toss on my tacoma, going to weigh about 185-200lbs, trying to figure out how much this added wight will affect my suspension. Already contemplating buying a new front lift and want to know if my clearance should be fine or if I might as well go ahead and upgrade to a 3 inch lift. Also read I might want to replace my current 500 lbs coil springs to 650 but wanted to see if anyone knew more about managing my suspension with added weight. Preciate any advice or tips.

I would guess it will compress 500 lbs springs around an inch with that much weight. I have a bumper and winch (~175 lbs) with 650 lbs springs. The bumper and winch compressed my springs about half an inch. So it sounds like if you upgraded to 3in. lift, and got 650 lbs springs, you'd probably be back around your original 2.5 in. lift.

Do the 650lbs springs make it a stiffer ride, my suspension isn't too bad right now but I'm worried by switching to 650lbs springs its gonna drive like a brick

I rode around for a bit with the 650 lbs springs, without the bumper and winch, and even then they weren't that bad. With the bumper and winch its back to cushy. You're going to need to upgrade your springs with that much weight no matter what though.
