    I made one similar to gilwood one and the bluebirds are about to fledge from 1st brood.

    Ive made a few different ones. Tree swallows took over one box, and the one house sparrows, tree swallows and blue birds were fighting over is empty.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    We didn't tell her and she's afraid kids will stick their hands through the fence to try to pet her 180 lb. unsocialized Rottweiler. Not illegitimate concerns, but I've never seen her dog down in this part of the property without her.

    She didn't ask me to move anything. She put up signs on her fence. She's been a good neighbor, I don't necessarily think I need to have told her cause it is on out property and is several feet from the the fence including the roof, but it may have been more neighborly. She's worried about liability. She's older and has trouble getting around, I think it's really just that she's worried cause she can't get down here much and she hasn't been able to socialize the dog she has now because of it. She's always trained her other dogs well and they were never an issue.
