Here's the link...not seeing the Super Ten listed, maybe give Ivan a call and double check he can't work some magic for you

    https://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/

Thank you and damn it again... I purchased right in between these 20% off sales. Ended up going with a Cardo Neo dual pack at 10% off. They arrived over the weekend but haven't had a chance to mess with it yet

When you call him be prepared to be on the phone for a bit. He is 64 and loves to talk. He is old school and can come off a little harsh but he means well. He doesn’t put up with any BS.

oh the cardo mounts? lemme check

seems they have some, but it's a full 2nd helmet kit? Idk if you just need the mount itself.

    sir...returns are a thing

but I also understand not wanting to deal with the hassle lol

Great idea! I ordered from Revzilla since I had store credit there already, and now see they have the Cardo for 20% off as well. Just called them and they credited me back the difference for the sale :)

I made a few brackets to put this bag on my S10 so I can take more RC cars to the drift track! I’m going to a local-ish shop hopefully on Friday, and then go down to SoCal on Sunday to try out a track there! Very excited.

So, I put my first real interstate ride in today to get a ghetto pic at Sonic for the photo game thread.

    20240514_133133.jpg

That's the trip for today from fill up to fillup (sort of), plus a few more before I reset it and the few to get home after the pic. The ethanol free pump was broken, so didn't fill up after as originally planned.

I might be ruined. Heated grips and cruise control have spoiled me. :D

So I did something stupid last night. Rode my rally stage of a drive/road for 45 min at lunch and got overconfident. Throttle steering the corners was working great, so I decided to concentrate on transitioning from attack position to deceleration position. Worked great on the flats and twisties, but then I tried braking on a loose, dusty downhill.

    upload_2024-5-14_16-45-21.png

I made a big mistake when I went from braking and clutching to releasing brake and clutch levers. Back wheel grabbed, pitched me onto the foot brake, rear swapped ends with front. Only damage to the bike was the hand/crash guard plastic. Damage to me was a bad twisted ankle and some rug burned knees through my Carharrts. Gloves and boots really saved the feet and hands.

I was able to pick her up, kick start and get back up the hill... even managed to avoid having to explain it to my wife. She's gonna have questions next time I wear shorts and flip-flops.

Now I'm off to YouTube to learn how to coordinate braking, declutching, etc. from the comfort of my couch. With my leg propped up and cold compress on the ankle!

Oh, I'm not wired that way.

I like old man adrenaline. I'm slow and boring, but I don't have any plates or screws in me either. Lol
