Yeah 2 ish hours. It's nearly the middle between Seattle and Spokane on I-90 I drive through it a few dozen times a year. Ain't much worth mentioning.

 

Yea people on reddit were saying it’s pretty much the armpit of Washington. A fair bit of meth and crime too apparently, so you don’t even get sleepy small town vibes.

 

But you’re competent too haha. Rare. F*** the EPA. But yea gotta do your job to satisfy them so you don’t get canned hahaha

Well I committed
Grabbed a chop saw from the guy while I was there too

Garage is in no state to be welded in yet but I’ll get it cleaned up soon

 

Good, run that bad boy on 220, get yourself some solid wire, some gas, and you're good to go!

I suggest clamps and magnets, they are your friend.

Also, toss that sway bar to the trash.

It's okay, mine set to the side of my parents house until my dads snowblower ate it, then it went in the trash

 

Chop saws are handy. I’ve yet to buy one. I just steal my buddies lol.

Yeah I wasn’t going to get the saw.. but he had it sitting there, and I figure my neighbors won’t be as upset if I make my cuts quicker with this than with a grinder

 

I lived in two "fancy" AZ neighborhoods, just do your cutting during daylight hours and no one will hassle you

 

At the bar watching the game, but caught my first screech owl. Can't wait to see the pictures with the real camera

 

Yea chop saw is a time saver. Especially with angled cuts

 

That's cool! I have an owl in the tree behind me but the bastard evades the lens really well.

 

Yeah they are sneaky and aren't bothered by much. Pretty cocky little bastards. I wanted to catch an owl this year but accidentally stumbled on this one.

 

Funny, if anything two different neighbors are always wondering what I'm making "this time around" and one of them usually brings a beer
