I have a 2004 Tacoma XtraCab 4x4. After a sports event, I had three friends that needed a ride home. I was fine putting one in shotgun, but I didn't know how bad the legroom in the rear was for the other two. I am 6', and they were both a little shorter then me, would they have fit in the back for a short distance?

I’d relish the opportunity to fold some of my friends up and make em ride in the ext cab of a Tacoma. Yes, they would’ve fit but their knees would be up by their ears. How much trouble would it have been to have let one of em try it out and let them decide if they wanted to ride back there?
