I just bought a used 2022 Tacoma with 10K miles on it and see on the carfax that the dealer installed some things on it. I would like to find out what was specifically installed at the dealer on this vehicle to compare what the initial owner installed.
I tried the initial selling dealership and got passed around from sales to service and no one could help me.
Is there any way to find what the dealer installed?

There are a few guys that can "probably" find out.
Toyota used to let you look it up on their website. I believe it was called "factory" or "Port" installed.
But they don't offer the in-depth report to the public any more. Well, they do, but you have to subscribe to TIS. And I can't say it's worth it in this case.

If you are ok with giving out your vin. The guy below might be able to help.

A few weeks ago I bought a 22 from a toyota dealer in Cali, I just asked in a matter of fact way and they printed it out for me.
Everything on the pictured list is on my truck, but the list doesn’t tell me what model or part numbers are.

    congrats on the new truck!IMG_7514.png

    Edit:

Pretty cool that Tacomaworld hosts photos - my 1st photo ;-)

    That's cool.
What department at the dealer did you ask?

Whoever allocated that truck saw the option box and said "yes please, 1 of everything".

I received all the original documentation when I purchased mine used (5 yrs old, 18K miles). Original elderly gentleman (verified) who purchased it probably as his last vehicle. The truck was pretty well equipped as per the Limited package but the dealer dragged him through the book seems. Weathertech mats, tonneau, paint protection, fabric protection, extended warranty and one of those electronic rust protectors.

You could always try to contact the original owner.

    Salesman.

I’d try the Toyota dealership where you’re most likely to have the truck serviced at. Good customer relations, I think.

You can try the Toyota owner's site, but I'll say it may be inaccurate. Create account, enter VIN. There are a few items obviously factory installed not listed on my '03 - for example, mine has bucket seats and it says it has a 60/40 bench seat. Link is useless without being logged in.
