What's everyone's feelings on Jett putting in another perfect season?

 

Doubtful. At least until more people drop.

 

He will win 80% of the motos.

 

Who do you think will legitimately be able to challenge him besides Chase (and that's assuming Chase has the KTM dialed)? Jett is fast in SX. He's even faster in MX.

As a reminder, Chase didn't even top 3 in the series last year (he missed all of June).

Yup, Jett’s going to win it all unless he gets hurt. Maybe Tomac will give him a challenge at a couple races but I don’t think he’s willing to risk injury to win. He’s going to want to be healthy for the playoffs.

I think Sexton will figure it out and give Jett a run for his money. Of course, that's if Sexton can keep the front wheel from washing out.

 

Hope Sexton can get the bike dialed in for MX. It seems like he is the only guy that can win a race. Maybe Anderson these first 3. We do have Justin Cooper on a 450. I just don't want to see another 22-0.

Yeah this 250 outdoor season is going to be one for the ages. I've got a feeling Vialle is going to be a problem for everyone else.

 

Also, to my Jett question, I don't necessarily want the guy to go back to back, I just realistically can't see who else even holds a candle to him. I feel like his 80-90% is everyone else's 90-100%.

The world needs KTM to give Chase a bike he's confident on. He didn't have near as many crashes this past SX season (aside from Denver), I believe largely in part due to him not being comfortable going fast on the bike. Denver was ironically the first weekend with a new mech and suspension, and he seemed to have the speed thereafter. Gonna find out in a few days

 

RJ Hampshire out for a while. Wrist injury and surgery from a press day crash. And so it begins...

Perfect cool day today. 72F. Going to need to watch everything I missed on TV. Man it is something else to see how fast Jett is in person. Followed deano home.

Gonna be a long season for everyone not named Jett or Chase. They hung about 35 seconds on the rest of the pack once Hunter moved into third. I think Hunter is also only going to get faster and faster training with Jett every day. Hopefully someone else finds the speed to get in the mix and make this season interesting.

In 250s, Deeg is going to be a problem for everyone. Was a bit disappointing to see Vialle fall off as much as he did. Kitch has the speed but seems like still a little bit to go with fitness for these 30+2s. Hoping he finds that soon before the season gets too far away. I also think Savatgy will podium the Triumph within the next 2 races.

 

Just wish Deegan would be a bit more professional. Whether he likes it or not, the kids look up to him. Can't be getting on the podium and saying this is for all the people that keep talking shit. Though the f-bomb he dropped after the finish line is totally on the broadcast team.
