I may have missed it, but does the YW tune cater to 2nd gens? AGM Battery?

Did I miss a notification not to use bh 2.0? I belive the post you referring to was after a glorious sale pitch of bh 2.0 by some user.

Bro…I wasn’t trying get you all heated. It was meant in a playful way and to break the ice considering how pissed we both were with our communications.
Thanks for being dismissive of the prior situation and your constant attitude during every interaction we have had.
If there is someone else over there who I can work with, please, by all means.

You are mistaken if you think I'm heated over this. The simple truth though is that I do not remember you, nor the details of any prior interactions with you.

You may claim that it was playful, but it doesn't come across that way and I'm not here to play games. If you want to conduct business, let's conduct business and leave the games to those less mature.

So, if you'd like, I can happily and amicably proceed with your request via email (just like I did last night when you and I had a brief and pleasant email exchange), or I can delay your file request process per your request.

I do suppose that you are well within your rights to continue using a file set that had demonstrated issues and was replaced with a new set that addressed those concerns. But continuing to post feedback on it when it is a file set that is not in circulation at all and replaced by its successor is misleading to others.

You tell a person that 2.0 isn't worth it, and yet that person will never drive on 2.0 if they don't already possess it (probably not since they were asking) because 2.1 is what they'll receive.

So, feel free to continue to review 2.0, as is your prerogative. It is my mistake for pointing out what I did. But I will inform you now that I will also disregard any feedback on it as irrelevant because it is not even close to being a current file set.

Again, you are more than welcome to reach out to us to obtain the current files whenever you are ready.

Wow reading through here isn't very inspiring. Lol.
I was hoping to have my issues addressed but life has hindered both myself and the tuners I was anticipating using. I'm very patient but the longer I wait the more concerns arise.

Want a detailed review from an owner who switched from KDMAX Pro v10 to the YotaWerx Blackhawk 2.1 for his automatic? This is the trend folks, and the trend is good....

I concur. I’ve been trying to work with @mZiggy to get basic questions answered about the state of kdmax and the new tunes. The result has been slow replies, divisiveness and caginess. I had to reach out to @PapaRee to get my questions answered which he did swiftly and easily convinced me to upgrade. Now I can’t get a response on how to pay my $100 as a self tuner and get files. I feel like I’m dealing with Mat from Ovtune. Can we please give @PapaRee access to the tunes and access to accept funds so we can get some decent customer service and personality again?

I've been sending out all sorts of replies to people while still keeping up with the mountain of work involved with enabling the network to convert their prior customers.

Have you emailed us? I do not believe so. It's no secret that I have been requesting people to email us at yotawerxtuning@gmail.com for proceeding with having their needs addressed.

I've never been busier with the logistics of this new release and it's demand. It's tough to be patient in a transition that at least for me is huge. I cannot say thank you enough to the YotaWerx team fulfilling it as well as my fellow tuning resources helping each other. I've certainly had my own challenges keeping up, I cannot imagine what the YWT team is facing with 40+ resource like me. Great demand requires more patience...and it's worth it.

Adding 50 guys to your roster is big task. It is stressful and time consuming. But in the long run it will be a very good thing for customer service.
Give Marc @mZiggy a chance to catch up and then he will be able to focus on customer support, and development projects.
I am confident and optimistic about the successful future.
Lucas, glad we were able to get you connected to the right guy @Mcbelen . I know you will be happy with the upgrade to the YotaWerx tune on your Tacoma!

No, I haven’t. I’ve been communicating with you privately on TacomaWorld just like I did with your predecessor.
You could’ve gotten the fifty guys added to the roster (the mountain of work) completed before you made the big announcement. This is an excuse, not a solution. Maybe delegate some of this work?

And no I haven’t emailed you. I’ve been communicating with you via PM on this website, just like I did with your predecessor. It worked great in the past; apparently not anymore. I stand by my initial words regarding your divisiveness. Your response(s) to me proved this point. What’s next? Are you going to spin up a ticket system and tell me when I email you to open a ticket?

Careful, anything but outright praise for this tune and he'll have you banned from responding to this thread and his little minions will chastise you. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm banned from this thread for posting this. KDMax and their owners/tuners were in a different league. It used to be a helpful bunch that cared and wanted the best for your truck. Now it's just a money grab and you must bow to me, praise this holy tune or I'll complain and get you banned for anything less.

You may feel otherwise, but TacomaWorld is a forum. That's it. It is not a place of business; it is not a proper place to conduct transactions; companies conduct most of their business through their primary means of communication first and so do we.

YotaWerx conducts business primarily via email for coordinating tune packs sales and requests. No matter what, you will have to email to get the process going.

I don't care who you conducted business with on this forum previously. I am not them. I am not obligated to do the same. You are dealing with a different company, with different policies in place.

You can either email us at yotawerxtuning@gmail.com to get the ball rolling and to begin conducting business with us in a normal fashion, or you can elect to not upgrade to the new calibration offering. No one's twisting your arm. But this isn't Burger King brother; you're not having it your way.
