Yes, I put a hemi in a Challenger then sold it.

 

Had an 86 GT 5 speed for 23 years, sold it to my best friend and his kid drifted it into a fire hydrant.
Had an 95 Ducati 916 with all the carbon bits, sold it. Good Luck trying to find one for under $25k
Had a HK Bennelli Super 90 semi auto shotgun, ghost ring sites, pistol grip, 8 shot mag, BNIB. sold it. Same good luck thing.
Had a 94 HK SP 89 with all the stuff you're not suppose to have (not the S/E/F trigger group), sold it. Good Luck trying to find one for less than $8K.
Had a 03 Audi RS6, sold it.

I'm kinda dumb on a few of these things...

Challenger

 

This is a ‘69 but there’s a ‘70 El Camino SS396 in my area sitting on a Tahoe chassis. The interior is all Tahoe and it’s lifted up like this. Used as a daily driver and it’s well used. I’ve have some photos of it but can’t find them. When I do I’ll post them up.

I did find photos of one I spotted a couple of years ago. A ‘66 El Camino chopped with shortened wheelbase and lifted. Whoever did this one did some quality work on the shortening of it.

Talked to the owner, he bought it this way, has a 383 stroker which we all know is a high horsepower piece..




Edit: You can see how short it is in this second photo. Not just a cool street machine but very capable off road with a short wheelbase.

And coincidentally my buddy that restores and flips just sprayed his latest project. A 72 ElCamino SS402 numbers matching.



I’ll also post up when completed.
