Cover them with a towel then put the sprinkler on it for a 1/2 hour. Softens 'em up nicely.

    Flex of the day:

    Flex oday.jpg

Took the dog for a run/bike ride in the Penokees this morning. Saw a recalcitrant porcupine and ran into some rascally Ents,,,

    Porqy.jpg

They made for an expensive play day. Never found it, but didn't want to go back and look-trust me it was unpleasantly tight and scratchy! The remaining light can be my chase light, and I'll buy a new set when I build my bumper next year.

Had a bucket load of fun though!

In the spirit of the thread title may I offer a lux version?

    https://www.fhfgear.com/products/ch...atherproof_color=coyote-brown&cgid=chest-rigs

I was skeptical about these things too but I haven't looked back after I bought my FHF chest rig. Love that it's modular for hunting and they offer a kit for each activity. I got the first gen when they first came out but it does the job. Second gen version with weatherproofing would be the way to go.

I use mine for wading and it's nice leaving the bulky tackle box behind. Ironically my waders are Frogg Toggs too

I have yet to test it out hunting anything but can imagine it's just as good at that. I'm personally not doing any big game hunting but I can see it getting in the way of a bino-harness. Small con for a lot of pros.

Mary was worried I'd run over her flowers.

    Oh, get this.
I was taking my morning walk, and this car is coming at me. It was Mary coming back from church. I wave , she waves. I get home, and she says that she didn't know where I was, so she texted me because she worried. I said you passed me on the road and waved.
She said, "Oh, that was you.""

Actually I got 2 of em installed today. TW classifieds purchase from @ssd2k2. Love em! And I have all the hardware I'll need to install them in a new front bumper... someday... not that I'm looking or anything.

You’re just being humble. I see a perfectly round profile there, with a little dust down the middle from a dusty parking lot. Nice bike by the way!

Nope, not at all. Strips are at least 1/2", I tend to keep plenty in reserve these days, crashing hurts too much for too long at this point in life!
