Ugh…I dread it, but hopefully next weekend when I can finally do some mowing…been so wet and grounds still squishy for my area. I’m watching my fields go crazy with all this rain. The wet grasses are all laughing at me :D:rofl:

Finally got around to getting tint. Pinnacle 25% on the front and 50% on the windshield. This is the 1st time I’ve had ceramic and the windshield done, with my polarized sunglasses colors are a little off. The sky looked aqua and purple today. Didn’t have time to wash it this week so it’s a bit dirty by my standards.

I used this grease gun from Harbor Freight with the coupler that came with it on my 2019 and didn't have any issues, wasn't much wiggle room but it worked fine. Fingers crossed it works on my 2023, will know in a few weeks.

I just used a flexible straight connector. I did take off the small heat shield which made it 100x easier.

These windshields crack faster than any I’ve had in the past. If you get a chip you almost have to get it filled immediately. I got a chip on the way to work, after my shift it had already spread from a chip to 16 inches. The next week same thing happened. Glad I hadn’t gotten the windshield repaired between chips.

I haven’t driven mine since April 28th and I miss it. Had back surgery and have been driven around by my wife in her 4Runner. Looking forward to driving it soon though!

But what have you done for me lately ?? :boink:

I saved my '17 AC from getting traded in on a '21 Tundra 1794, but will he appreciate it ?? Noooooo !

I was at the dealer for LOF and the thing caught my eye, but didn't hold it long when I thought of the payments....

Guess I'll install those Firestone Airbags this week that I have on the bench and see what the next 136K brings. :burnrubber:

Yeah we bought extra coverage for my wife’s 2023 4Runner. Bought it with 8k miles on it and already had the glass replaced. First trip we took got a huge chip and started to spread but they were able to fill it. The guy said that the Toyota windshields crack fast. I said oh I know. Softer makes sense. All my buddies Toyotas are all on new windshields too…sucks the quality is so poor

    This and that
There has obviously been a desire for this and apparently it’s just not possible. Not a wiring thing, but internal within the headlights themselves. I feel like soon enough someone will offer a switchable version. They offer switchable lights of some sort on the new land cruiser.

You've got that setup really nice, looks great!!

Have you thought about mounting the Rain Basin under the rack, so it can lay flat and collect water?
