After they didn't call me back I stopped by the store, they gave me the 7 missing brackets. I was able to break the concrete up and use it, luckily.

 

Says customer service:
"You ordered concrete, you didn't say anything about it being dry..."

That's pretty cool! I wonder how effective it would be for preventing door to door solicitors.

I'm starting to wonder if you really ordered that carpet or just think you did. I'd re-order somewhere else at this point.

 

Both sound like in person discussions with the highest management you can get. Escalation of tone and volume commensurate with the level of BS encountered.

 

Called for an update and ended up canceling the order.

I've been getting the itch for a bigger vehicle. I stopped by the GMC dealer this afternoon with the intention of looking at Yukons. They didn't have any configurations I was interested in, but they had these electric Hummer trucks. Kind of like the Chevy Avalanche. They asked if I wanted to test drive one. Sure,

I'm not an EV person, but these were different in a good way. Way overpriced for what it is and not nearly as much fun as a Hellcat Challenger, but definitely unique.
