We played against a mostly all girl team in my beer league a few seasons ago called The Violent Femmes, like the band. I always thought that was an awesome name

I love the San Gabriel Vall but it's just way too expensive. I don't want to pay LA county taxes. It would be nice to be closer to family and friends.
We are looking at school districts and upland has really good schools

 

This game is making me sad.

 

Yeah Upland is a nice town tucked right there in the foothills of Mt Baldy. Drive by it a lot on the way to Arrowhead and Big Bear. Right now it's a 25 min drive from us but during rush hour that's more like an hour at least

 

I remember 2011, we were primed to go up there just to be in the city if they pulled off game 7. Needless to say I’m glad we didn’t go

 

That's actually pretty epic.
