Just had the timing belt changed, picked it up and after 30 minutes of driving the RPM started fluctuating, and it had no power. Limped it back to the shop. They spend a bunch of time going through potential problems but couldn't find anything. Checked spark, fuel, timing belt. There are no codes. They are reporting that at high RPM the supercharger is making sounds. Wondering how fucked am I. Appreciate your patience with a noob who loves Toyota. This was my dream truck. Think I ended up with a lemon.

Gonna need a lot more info. How long did you have the truck before taking it to the shop? Did it run/drive fine prior to the shop?
Supercharger making noise (probably needs a rebuild, bearings are probably shot) will not cause RPM fluctuations and loss of power.

From your initial description, I am extremely suspicious of the shop. Drives fine, they change the timing belt, and now it runs like garbage. Take it back to the same shop, and they try to blame it on the supercharger?

Regardless, I recommend taking it to another reputable shop, or a dealership to get a second opinion.

Supercharger will NOT CAUSE the engine to go into a high rpm limp mode.

Probably the time belt not done correctly or the knock sensor

The camshaft and crank sensors both would have been removed to do the timing belt. If either of these have been compromised or the wires to them compromise or not getting full contact on the connections this would cause that problem too, or could be fuel related or maybe they connected the supercharger vacuum lines incorrectly

Wait, how much did you drive it before you got this work done?

Drove it for weeks. Took it in for a leaking steering rack. Elected to get the timing belt done as I didn't know the history, and it had a few cracked belts, and low refrigerant in the AC. The turbo has some noise under high load. Maybe bearing? but had lots of power. Then I picked it up and after a 30 min drive. Blahhh. No codes

I’m not sure why there is even a question. 100% the shop’s responsibility. Give them an opportunity to make it right, at their expense, otherwise take it to a dealership and they pick up the bill.

On a side note, sounds like your SC needs a rebuild. Do you have fuel modifications to support boost? These motors don’t do great with an SC with stock ECU and no fuel mods.

It has an URD 7th injector and controller. I have been talking to them regarding the fuel.
