Just getting all my ducks in a row to start the email battler with payroll

They actually screwed me out of more than I originally thought. I used 0.1077 from the old handbook as the rate when they have changed it to 0.108

Good luck, I would hope it was an honest mistake on their part.

The problem is, it's an auto generated system based off our time sheet. I have no idea how long it's been happening. I can assure you I'll find out though. It also makes me wonder how many other people have been screwed out of time.

Remember the computer is only as smart as the person who programs it.
And management doesn't like it when you tell them that, that's experience speaking.:rofl:

When I was telling my manager that I was giving her the curtesy of letting her know I was CC'ing her in the email and I wasn't asking permission  She asked what was happening. I was spouting off numbers....she said "Hold on Rainman I don't get all that" I just had to tell her I was screwed out of x amount of hours.....then she understood  Apparently I was trying to teach a math class giving equations/directions on how I figured out what was going on

    Morning peeps, :pccoffee:

@gixxerphil , our time is automatic too and it’s programmed for a certain time. My time card is programmed for 1345 until 2200. And anything besides that , the computer system thinks I’m out . And if I work different shifts, the boss has to alter the times for payroll so I don’t get screwed on my hours. So good luck on getting that squared away.

I need one of those :D
I just don't understand how they can set it at an hourly rate, then cap it once you hit 80hrs. I'm still working the hours I'm here. It'll be ok. Out of my hands now and I'm not worried one bit with who I have dealing with it now.

I realized they have screwed every employee with 16+ years out of 0.03 hrs of ETO each paycheck. They were still running it off of the 0.1077 rate rather than the 0.108. They have been giving 8.61 hrs of ETO for 80hrs worked when it should have been 8.64 for each 80hrs worked.

    Math just doesn’t math here
