    I would sure hope so
I don't even know if they realize their mistake. That mistake has affected everyone with 16+ years of employment. I also don't know how long they've been doing it.

 I'm sold. It'll prolly be a while since I've gotta finish getting the Scrambler running again, but that's almost definitely going on the KLX. I really liked their product, but didn't need the entire electronic setup.

Edit: maybe it wasn't theirs I've seen before? Can't seem to find the tower I was looking at in the past.

Do you get paid for straight 8 hours and have breaks? That’s how they do us , paid for 8 and 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break. But if something happens we have to drop what we’re doing and go to the problem immediately.

No, we work 12hr with 30 minute lunch taken out. I have never once been able to eat lunch without having to stop and do something work related. I always marked "no lunch" b/c they ask...."Did you get a lunch break?" No, I eat lunch at my desk in b/t having to work. They nickel and dime the shit out of us. I hit my limit with this ETO thing. I have dug my feet in and will see this one through......don't give a fuck if it costs me my job
    Better get movin :D

Shoot. We have some program that computes our time card into pay. The hours never add up correctly at all. I can work a straight 80 hours, but it never comes up to it on the paystub. I and others have called in about it a many a time, and we always get the…. It’s correct. This has been going on for years with this program.

Apparently there are a lot of big companies that use this product/program. All I know is, I get a pay check but no way of knowing if it is correct.

They are saying they pay us 0.108 ETO per hr worked(capped at 80....don't know how that's legal) which should give you 8.64 hrs of ETO for each paycheck. They have been using the old 0.1077 and only giving 8.61 hrs of ETO. It's listed that way in our Employee handbook. They have screwed every single employee with 16+ years out of ETO each paycheck. I don't even think they realize it. I was bitching to my best friend about it and he just sent a text "I'm on it". I know what kind of person he is when it comes to law.....so it's in his hands now.

I am absolutely fed up with companies pulling bullshit on people. I've hit my limit. This one is a hill I'm willing to die on.
