Yes the boost gauge has vacuum too, warm its around 22psi. Would you recommend getting an ultragauge or a scangauge? Ive been doing a little research on them and both seem handy.

I have a glow shift boost and AFR combo gauge so I cant speak to that. You might consider one of those cheap OBD2 scanners that has live data to see whats going on

Tried this and no idle change, wasn’t too dirty when I cleaned it aswell.

Did you take the vacuum hose off that nipple? Isn't there supposed to be a vacuum hose there?

Sounds like it started running better when you pulled vacuum on that valve?

What about the other end of the vacuum line? Is it connected properly? Does it go to a solenoid valve or the intake?

I just did it again to see if the idle would be different since changing the spark plugs and it sat perfectly at 800, and the vac pressure on my boost gauge went to around 20. The line t’s off into 2, one goes to the intake and the other went down, couldn’t quite see where, maybe the fuel regulator?
