    stock a fawk!
the light duty setup. The goal is to keep the truck as light but as capable as possible. None of the over landing stuff. I’ll sleep in a conventional tent. And keep all my camping stuff in one container while keeping just the essentials for the trails. So no need for heavy duty springs

I’m curious, I’ve seen several posts about an after market cold air intake. My truck came with a factory cold air intake. What are the benefits of getting a different intake. Does it improve performance ? Mileage ? Engine sounds ? Appearance ? I’m not being sarcastic, just wondering why do that.

Thanks for the video. It did answer my questions. Didn’t see in the video any improvement in function. It does look kinda cool though.

I have an OTT Tune so my Sport has some giddy-up!

It DOES make the engine bay pop! -- I'd like one :)

    Not the OP.
I added the silicone tube and replaced input snorkel with the TRD accelerator snorkel. I think this has improved my acceleration.

pulled off the back panel, got my fire extinguisher, and my first aid kit mounted. Along with the new loaded tool box in the back I can now fix almost anything that breaks off-road, live stranded in middle of nowhere for weeks on end, shoot signal flares, hunt, fish, build a log cabin, put out small fires, and treat severe infections, burns, external hemorrhaging, “sucking” wounds, blocked airways, broken bones, stitch cuts, relieve pain, and more all while maintaining a mostly factory look. Just want to add a winch up front now.

Not as crazy as a lot of rigs here, but I have unique needs and it’s always cool when you have a vision and it comes together bit by bit.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Well, when your friendly local moderator makes a friendly suggestion, maybe it's wise to not argue. That's just the way I see it. But hey, we all have choices...
