@psvines can you get a picture of the loose harness and connection end that was loose on the radio?

lower corner of radio: power related connections. Reseating this seems to have caused issues. Though afterwards the radio worked well!

@psvines , does the other end of the harness plug into the factory main plug for the radio?

Could you verify which connectors are unplugged at the moment. See N connectors. Is J9 connected?

I mean, you say you have NO voltage to the 7.5A METER Fuse.
It gets power from the IG2 Main relay.
That relay is controlled by ignition switch via the 30A AM2 fuse.

We need to know why we have no power the 7.5A Meter fuse.

    Pull the relay circled.
See if you have power (12v) to pins 1 and 5 with the key ON.

Also, are you 100% sure the 10A INJ fuse has power with the key ON?
I ask, because it too gets power from the same place the 7.5A meter fuse does.
And guess what wont start if it has no power.......

It also goes to the IGSW power feed of the ECU.......

I can't stress enough the fact that we need to verify the power to the IG2 Main Relay. (testing fuse doing this)
It controls a lot of critical components OP is having issues with...

No, there is (was) a Maestro device involved for retaining steering wheel controls, etc…

Check that 20A IG2 Main fuse again.
I know you did, but we NEED to be SURE.

Check power to both sides of the fuse.

    Key ON

Fuse is bad if it’s on and no lighting up .

You said something about a device for steering wheel controls, were you by chance messing with stuff in the steering column?

If neither side of a fuse has power then power is missing upstream of the fuse being tested.
