OTT tune. So far a very notable difference. Much better throttle response, less gear hunting, and I am only a few hundred KM into it. I understand it only gets better with age. I was told that what I have at 1000km is where it will settle. Also replaced my spare with the proper size. Loving this truck. It is excellent now. The tune changed it that much

If i researched correctly it completely aerodynamics, helping the vehicle better fuel mileage. A lot took it off because of off-roading

I have to look under before I take it off to make sure it doesn’t affect anything underneath

Do not use this stuff (303) on anything you are going to sit on like a motorcycle, tractor, or boat seat. You will not be able to stay on it. Same with anything you hold onto like grab handles, steering wheels etc. . I use it on my tractor bodywork and wiped down the grab handles. I went to get on the tractor and my hand rotated around the handle and about broke my wrist and face-planted on the tractor’s floorboards.

303 is great to use on any exterior plastics, rubber or vinyl. I use it on any black plastic on my truck and on my cheap vinyl tonneau cover. Works great. You can get it at Autozone for a bit cheaper, it comes in a blue spray bottle. Same formula.

Love how much brighter they are from the old version— lots of usable output with a crisp cutoff for the streets. They look better too!

Had the front side windows tinted to match the back, and gave the truck a wash to get rid of all the pollen and bugs. 5 minutes later, the front end was absolutely covered in bugs again.

I have had a similar experience. I'm always usually ready to help. It was about the 2nd year of owning my truck.

I hear the spring clocks in our trucks are susceptible to these issues amongst other things.

Yes a good jump box could save a bunch of grief. However, I've heard you have to be careful with your own truck when using one of those as well.

How is the tune on the Sea to Sky highway and bumper to bumper heavy commuter traffic in the Vancouver area?

Since *I think* winter is over, I cleaned up the inside of the truck with SIO2 detailing spray, and then painted the rusty parts on the backs of my sliders. I guess all that grit and salt gets to them. I used Krylon Rust Tough Semi-Flat black. The part I touched up last spring was still good but some of the powder coat around it had come off.

Maybe tomorrow I can clean up the outside.

I installed a Sabellco tailgate lock in preparation for road tripping to the north east for the summer. Hopefully it never gets to the point that it has to do its job, but it's there if it has to!IMG_7839.jpg
