I need to find a fuel cell with foam, with sending unit, and uses an intank pump.

 

You can check in to this place. Looks like they have it all, and you can configure it it anyway you want. $$$$$

Quick google shows lots of how-tos. I'm sure you could find some friends to help you empty it.

 

It pains me when a vendor you used to champion goes to crap. Not even sure what happened, but they are not at the same level as they were a few years ago. Sad.
