That nasty weather is supposed to hit us about 4pm today.

Phase 1 of the flower bed finished yesterday. 6 tons of potting soil is in. Still gotta do cap blocks after all is done.

Phase 2 starts in about an hour.

If I’m reading this correctly, all your data has ported over to the new phone. If so, it should be as simple as to log out of “find my phone” and iCloud on the old phone and then do a factory reset on the old phone. Verizon should have “turned off” the SIM card on the old one already so it shouldn’t connect to the network anymore.

I’m not an IT or cell phone guru and I didn’t sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night so you may want to ignore my comments but that’s what worked for me on my last phone upgrade.

We finally have a functioning bathroom after fighting with the insurance company. Make sure you have coverage for rot. Found out most companies consider slow leak damage as neglect. Our old tub had been leaking for years and final went through the subfloor but not before rotting out the 2x4 baseplate on the interior wall. Fought with Insurance company for 9 months but it’s 90% finished.

Isn’t it great to be done with the dust and construction debris! That looks amazing. What flooring did you go with in the bathroom? Im looking for ideas the next stage in my remodel is the second bathroom and I’m toying with the idea of ceramic but I’m still wore out from stage 1.

You are absolutely right but all my saws are metal based and right now I would rather have the crap beat out of me than repaint the door. A throw away brush to touch up the cut and and roll with it is my current plan :fingerscrossed:

Yes it is! We went with vinyl plank. That’s Lifeproof Sterling Oak. Eventually whole house will be done in it. We put it in our basement and it’s held up for 7+ years now. Dogs and all. I’m convinced that the remodeling will never end. Haha

Good morning all. The current remodeling projects all look great! Lots of work getting done quickly.

    That is just cool!

I finished going over the NV4500 for the firewood truck. I plan to start pulling the engine and trans tomorrow while I wait for another box of goodies to show up from Summit.

Here's Rugby being an orange weirdo! He always wants me to brush him but then he will try to eat the brush. I guess it makes sense to him, I just enjoy the bonding time together.

I hope that everyone has a safe enjoyable holiday.
