rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
In High school, I wrestled , as a sport. The coach was a good man, but didn't put up with any fluff.
If anyone on the squad complained of "muscle injury or pain" the UNIVERSAL treatment was the cold bath. This was North Dakota, and ice and snow were plentiful.
The Stainless steel tub was filled with water and as much ice as would fit, and the "Injured" athlete was compelled to immerse up to the neck.

Amazing cures were attributed to the treatment!

It’s been studied and is very healthy. Activates cold shock proteins and the sauna activates heat shock proteins. I have listened to a few podcasts about it and don’t really understand what each does but I know it’s good for you. I am just a simple man with common sense and it just sounds like a good thing to do.

Me and the gf are home! So we took the bike out for a quick test spin of us on it together. It works well but she has never been on a bike so has a bit of learning to do with all her movements haha. I gotta get use to the extra weight and shifting but overall we had fun! I did have to put the sissy bar back on per her request haha

Ok that’s crazy. I hit 70mph on mine and that’s about fast enough for me on that little bike.

Thanks everyone and that’s cool some of you followed along! It was an awesome ride, I’m still feeling sore. Weather was nice, no traffic jams, both bikes performed great trouble-free it really was a good day all things considered. Very long day and challenging though when you’re on the clock. Over 1200 miles ridden counting the back forth from my house to Lancaster. The farthest I’ve ever ridden and did not think I’d be able to do it. Goes to show you don’t know what your capable of until you try.

Big thank you to Chuck for making it possible - putting the route together, leading the whole time and helping document all the stops, phenomenal job! We hit a few fun twisty roads and saw some nice scenery along the way. I didn’t get many pics will check if anything decent on my other phone.

Did my second cold plunge today. This time I started by getting in the cold bath. Still could only get seated and not slide down to get my upper body submerged. Then down into the sauna for 30 min then back up to the cold bath. This time I sat down and waited one min then slowly started to slide down and got all the way in and stayed there for a total of 5 min. I can’t believe how good it actually feels.

Fun ride with wifey and a couple friends today. The homies were too chaotic to be still long enough for a pic.

Went out and took the bike out today with the gf for the first blip event together. We went late so not many bikes out but had a great time riding about today. Also yes I need a new jacket mine is starting to fall apart thanks icon! I tried to see if she could wear it but it was waaay to tight for her because of two thiiings haha. We went to a store to get new helmets and look at jackets but they had no power so the store was closed... So we will have to go back Tuesday if we can. Also the bike is great for both of us but we will need to find some nicer seats thou haha the original owner was rather ummm laaaarge and same with the gf so the seats are blown out. Other then that lots of fun! Minus me getting a sunburn since I forgot a jacket or sunscreen haha whoops

Lol I’m probably a little crazy and likely we all are ha. The Duke isn’t the ideal choice but it did really well, the engine is magnificent. Other people have gone further on worse so figured I’d be the weak link in the equation. If I had gotten the GT or ADV my neck wouldn’t be hurting still but otherwise it was great and surprisingly comfortable for what it is. I absolutely could not have done it without cruise control. I think my knees are what bothered me the most but stretching my legs and moving around on the bike helped a lot.

Thanks man! Having fun with your girl I see, that’s awesome
