Look what I found last week, I had no idea TRD was all over Manila on these 3 wheelers! That is some performance, like owning a sleeper, no?

 

Woke up at 6:00 am and waxed my truck. Cup of coffee, flip flops, and my garage. Got it done….was going to sit back and revel at my productivity, and then my bathroom sink drain semi-clogged. Wife slept thru all of it.

 

The jackers bolt to the floor and the seat bolts to the jacker, which is a solid block of aluminum. To me it feels very secure and seems more solid than the little steel legs the seats are on. I acknowledge that without an engineering review of the forces and testing there is some uncertainty. Since I’m held in the truck by a seatbelt and not the seat I worry most about the strength of the belt and anchors which have been tested.

 

Just did the AC drain line mod. No more dripping on the frame!!!

 

Installed some baja designs Squadron fog lights.... those things sure do light up the trails..!!

I haven’t driven with them yet. Literally just put them in after work today. But I had a set in my Subaru crosstrek for a couple years and was happy with them.

 

Wash, ceramic spray wax, ceramic matte tire dressing, and 303 on the rubber seals and bed rail caps.

 

Pulled my passenger brake light out because I noticed I was actually getting mildew in the crease between the plastic and paint. It all cleaned up like new but guess I’ll have to keep any eye on it since where I park the passenger side is facing north.

 

Did you check your Blinker fluid reservoir. Sometimes
those Toyota Techs overfill.

Finished running the air line from the compressor to the quick connect coupler at the back bumper. Need to pick up a couple of hose clamps. Added a flush mount push button switch in the cubby door for the compressor.

Went to Autozone and got some Turtlewax Bug and Tar remover, then washed and Graphene waxed the passenger side, roof and hood that I didn't get done Friday.

She looks so purdy...

I was buffing the wax in when I heard a crackle-bang-crunch behind me - a dead tree limb fell out of the tree onto the driveway. I would have been quite peeved if it had hit me or the truck while I was waxing it.
