My guess is 2,500-3,500 depending on what they find. Mine was similar but ended up being more to replace the headlight

Luckily you don’t have the LED headlights. They charged my insurance 800 for one headlight

I thought the LEDs were about $1200-1400 each. Glad I don't have those now.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Shit happens sometimes and it doesn't mean you're a bad driver. I'd been driving cars, trucks and motorcycles since 1977 without incident (or even a ticket of any kind). About 6 years ago I rear ended an old lady who slammed her brakes on right in front of me after leaving a stop sign and for the life of me she couldn't tell me why she did that. I think she got confused or something and meant to turn. We were going very slowly, she didn't get hurt and everything was fine on her Suzuki SUV with the big assed spare tire mounted to the back which totally wrecked the front end of my GMC Sierra crew cab (bent fender, cracked plastic, bent hood, etc...but no airbag deployment). Her car had a few marks on the tire..... She was very kind and there was no suing or anything like that, but it was my fault.

Mentally it took me a few years to get over that and I thought about it almost all the time while driving. In hindsight, it was just one of those things (shit happens). It didn't mean I suddenly didn't know how to drive anymore though. Move on, my friend.

Not sure if you are able to get the parts, have them painted and put it back together yourself. Might keep the damage off of a CarFax report.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but one option is do nothing and learn to live with it. Battle scars are a part of life.

I'm trying to think that way. not knowing the cost for now isn't making it easy though. I'll feel better once I have a number and a plan to fix it.

Yikes I hope it's not that bad!

I'm hoping that it will be possible to keep it off carfax if I use the shop I prefer and can pay cash without using insurance.

Since the fender is pushed back in a way the passenger door looks like I won't be opening it with out doing more damage that's a no, I can't drive around like that for long.

It will not end up on CarFax if there's no insurance claim made. Paying cash doesn't make a difference.

When I say paying cash I mean all out of pocket without insurance being involved at all vs just paying my insurance deductible in cash.

Yeah definitely sucked. I was parked behind a family member and they crunched it right on the corner by hauling ass in reverse out of the garage. Really fuckin' hurt the feels that day LOL.
Gives me even more reason to never get rid of it.

I was not hauling ass when it happened. Just was looking off to the right too far leaving the driveway noticed the one garage door we use next door was open when it should not have been. didn't realize I was also heading to the right and for impact.. too late. Totally my fault.

About to head over to get the truck looked at so we will see.
I don't plan to get rid of mine anytime soon. I'll drive it as long as I can.

With labor rates probably closer to $4k plus. Double check the windshield washer reservoir for impact cracks. I'll bet the mounting brackets for the headlight are tweaked too. It's going to take some finesse to bend it back into place.

If it wasn't your garage I hope you talked to the owner of the garage so any damage would be paid by you.
Instead of asking the forum for an estimate, we live in many different places and costs will not be the same. Just get 2 to 3 estimates from reputable shops where you love.

Fender cover yes, but the fender? Most body shops don't want to do 'body work' anymore... They'll probably want to buy a new fender, paint, and bolt back on.
