Same with mine. Sitting at 14-15lbs and 7 months old. Most of the breeds he’s made of should be quite a bit larger.

yup sounds very similar to the BMW system. I honestly forget its there except when I'm hovering on the rear break and feel the vibrations in the pedal when the front brake activates the rear...still use the rear almost always, thanks to my MSF conditioning lol. It's very effective though, I've activated ABS twice since I've owned the bike under some pretty hard braking, and only one of those times was the rear. Not sure if that speaks more to the linked brakes or the braking components of the bike itself but I ain't complaining lol

Did a 500 mile run with some buddies to check out the “Twisted Sisters” in hill country. Not sure I could do an iron butt run. And we had numerous stops with my 100 mile range.

Also, the fairing made a world of difference! Time for a beer!

Take a couple days to recover. Relapsing because you feel a little better will just drag it out. Cuddle up in bed with the GF and binge some TV shows or play some games for a couple days. Really make sure you're well before you go out and start doing more again. :poking:

Short European turn signal stalk versus long weird American stalk. Short looks way better.

Yay laws that say they have to be minimum 16" apart (I was looking up headlight and fog light requirements the other week and came across it..)

Halfway through the exhaust install. Had to remove half the crash bars which is annoying but not too difficult at least. New exhaust shaves 6lbs off the bike according to my scale.

Saving weight is always a plus!! Always exciting getting a new full system. How about a sound clip after install? :D:bikewheelie2:

Oh.... is that how things are supposed to be if you are normal, only activating abs once in a blue moon?

.... Im dealing with abs / tcs intervening multiple times every ride in the canyons.... I just want a little backing it in here and there on decel or a wheelie or two out of a corner/clutch up. Maybe this is why rear tires on my Honda 919 only lasted 2-3k miles.

This gives me hope for long life in my tires as I am an old man rider who generally never triggers the nannies. LOL

Didn't find any leaks so fitment seems good enough in that regard. It was pouring rain so test ride will be in the morning on the way to work. In the garage it seemed to strike a decent balance between increased volume and exhaust note without being excessive. What I’m really looking forward to is how the software tune will effect the riding characteristics.

Leaving at 7am to get my Scrambler back! I went ahead and took the whole day off of work coz I knew there would be no way I’d get anything done once I get back and she’s just sitting there staring at me.

She does so far a lot! She hated the desert lol which I don't blame her it's rather boring to stare at the same thing for miles.

Desert beauty is just different. A pine forest winds up feeling like you are staring at the same thing for miles, too! One of the great things about this country is the variety of landscapes, sometimes within just a few hours travel, and often times within the same state!

Definately a different note. Nice job. Piaggio likes their heavy exhausts! I did an aftermarket exhaust/ Re-MAP and it transformed the bike dramatically. I was amazed. Dropped 11# in the process.

I really like the looks of the Tuareg. I think it's a perfect size machine.

    well done.
