This 2024 Tacoma is my first Toyota. I test drove a Pro, but ended up buying a Sport. The Pro seat seemed fine, but the Sport causes me pain from my neck to my shoulder blade and into my elbow and into my fingers.
I'm not setting my arm on anything so it's the seat.
I know people love, or hate these seats. Does anyone have any ideas for me? I've had the truck for a week and kind of wish I hadn't made this purchase.

thats strange considering the gen 4 seats are supposed to be an upgrade from the gen 3 seats.

The Pro has the gimmicky video game seats with the big shock absorbers.

Sucks on a brand new truck , but I would take it to a local upholstery shop and see if they can rework the foam to something that works better for you. I'd bet it has something to do with the larger side bolsters

I think it is those side bolsters. They push into my shoulder blades. I must have driven a limited and not a pro. Whatever it was, it had a small Speaker that was in the dashboard that you could take on the go.

That bluetooth speaker thing is cool. Maybe run the scenario by the doctor before you start modifying a new seat. Sounds medical or combination of things

Thank you! I do have some issues with my spine and am going to have that reassessed next week. Was trying to see if anyone else had a solution, but your answer is probably best for me to follow.

I have a Sport with power seat adjustments. There's an infinite number of settings. I would suggest playing around with those for awhile and see what you come up with. I think the seats are great!

    Oh why Toyota, whyyy?!

But hey, at least the PRO has 3” wider stance due to the wheel offset and no additional travel.

Yep, huge put off on getting a pro. Can't see how Toyota or who they surveyed that owners would actually want that.

Exactly, my thinking was they could have spent that R&D money for something more useful on the truck.

Like an extended travel suspension or front locker. Much more useful.
