    Quiet in here today...

I'm having a fun day at work. I decided to send out phishing email tests this afternoon. They're fake phishing emails to test to see who falls for them and needs more cyber security awareness training courses. I love seeing the comments that come back from some people.

I have fun with it, but it is an important piece of the training and a good way for me to know if the required training courses I make them take are effective.

Haha! Yeah today I was trying to give away free tickets to a show and so far nobody wants to click the link to get more information. I've trained my subjects well, apparently. 260 emails sent so far. Another 204 queued up for tomorrow morning.

That’s way more fun than what people have been dealing with here today

Lumen identified a service impact in Des Moines, IA impacting multiple markets. The Lumen Network Operations Center (NOC) was engaged to investigate the failure. Preliminary investigations identified a site power issue due to a burst pipe above the facility. Water from the pipe leaked through to the basement and collected in the risers, which then collapsed. Teams were unable to use the on-site generators because they were routed through the collapsed risers. Additional generators are en route; however, an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the anticipated delivery could not be obtained. In order to preserve the equipment, Field Operations have had to power down at varying times as the issue remains ongoing.

Back to some truck stuff and bad financial decisions... I still need a rear bumper.

To help avoid the situation I'm in with a bunch of busted plastic, I'm looking at high clearance bumpers. Found a really nice looking one at Cali Raised that they're reselling from Backwoods Adventure Mods. Found I can get it direct from Backwoods and it's a bit cheaper. I just gave them a call and talked with a super helpful guy. They're in Arkansas, so we talked about the adventures I had down there that led to my situation of needing a bumper.

They make some interesting front bumpers that are hybrids of aluminum and steel, but the rears are all steel. Wondering if anyone has any experience with their stuff. This is the piece I'm looking at:
    https://backwoodsadventuremods.com/products/2016-tacoma-hi-lite-high-clearance-rear-bumper

It may be a while for me to gather the funds, but let me know your thoughts on it. They also have some pretty sweet combo deals with front and rear bumpers with lighting and winches, but I don't think I can swing that kind of poor financial decision right now...

Holy hell! They give them away, don't they?! (Though, I do see higher priced options)

BAMF has one similar, but $500 cheaper: https://www.bayareametalfab.com/201...Clearance-Rear-Bumper-NO-SWINGOUT-_p_153.html

Coastal Offroad has a WIY kit: https://www.coastaloffroad.com/product-page/3rd-gen-tacoma-high-clearance-rear-bumper-kit/

    Relentless Fab: https://www.relentlessfabrication.c...igh-clearance-rear-bumper?variant=17500404292

    Victory 4x4: https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VT3RS.html

    CBI: https://cbioffroadfab.com/product/3...ance-rear-bumper-2016-current/?v=7516fd43adaa

The only company above that I have any experience with is Victory, and I will say that I really like their products.

edit: ...and Victory is in MI, shipping may be cheaper. Mileage is a factor in LTL.

Fuel pump time. It started acting up badly again last Thurs evening and I can feel it surge from time to time while driving. Bought another one. Have to burn off some gas, then decide if this is something I should be doing in my driveway. I have a quote of $250 to have it done. :spending:

It sounds like the swedish chef has had enough of the culinary industry and turned to spamming people.

    I like it has a shelf :D

Truth. I second Victory, but many of these options are stellar

Pretty easy to drop the tank and do it on a taco.

Was planning on going Sat, but now with the forecast, I may just go tomorrow. Where you going to be? North of Sargento Bridge? Assuming you'll have the Taco? My plan is to be on the bike. Grey/flou yellow wheels. I'm the old guy with a white mohawk.

Not happy. The ex's dog is staying with us (my son and I), he's watching her (mostly). Was supposed to be just this week. Well, the ex texted my son about an hour ago that she can't take her dog back until 6/21 (at the earliest)! Bitch doesn't have the courtesy to contact me, I'm the one that pays the mortgage and taxes around here.

    Sorry.
