I was on 2271. It's a loop we went through last year, I think. It's close to that one trail they came through and graded, much to our disappointment.

Looks like a nice area....lot of caves in Kentucky.

Do the cave tour it as fantastic. Did two different ones a few years back. Great camping there too.

 

I mean, I never said I was coming this weekend. Have other things going on in life and wish I could join but hey that's how being an adult works.

Re: the internet judgement / sour puss / whatever other imaginitive things you have in your head, I'll say the same thing I replied with to your private message...this wasn't even something in the remote crevices of my mind so I don't know where it's coming from. Did I say something recently that triggered this? Does not compute.

My life has been busy for a little while now and I've stepped back my time on the forum. I don't even have time to install all the mods I keep buying, they are piling up in the garage. Summer school. A couple health things. Family things that I don't want to discuss in public. If pretending to be an adult and taking care of real life things makes me an asshole well so be it. I'm not losing any sleep over anything.

 

I rest my case.

Thanks! I was thinking about your fall trips and how great those trips always look.

Even with a late start, it was one of the best weekends I've had in awhile.

I was doing a lot of solo weekend trips a few years ago, and really loving it. There seems to be so much to balance lately, that I end up putting the solo trips on the back burner. I need to stop doing that.

I don't get the issue. Adam is a really good guy, with a wicked dry sense of humor. It's a shame he's got too much going on for next weekend...you may actually find him OK.
