Well, I finished the acute phase of treatments at Yale for my depression. We’re now going to spread them out. Overall they help ever so slightly. I’m happy for that. It’s like a rollercoaster, though, in that now I have good and still very bad days. A week ago I struggled, and thankfully, reached out for help to get me through a very dark spell. Put the boxes of Benadryl in the trash. But not many days later, I was a bit lighter. There’s a floor to the pit - which is good. No longer feeling like I’m just falling.

The IV they give me is some good shit. Talk about being out of it. It’s like you’re floating, just a brain and stem, floating. Without a care in the world. Just don’t listen to Ozzy or AC/DC when you’re under. Pink Floyd - yes. Very fitting - especially comfortably numb.

Knowing I have friends and acquaintances on this thread helps. Thank you. Today is a good day.

In other news, the boat bottom is now completely painted. 2 coats. She’s ready for a wash and then load up the cushions, pfds, and sails. It won’t be long now.

We have a 2 car garage, my wife's Highlander is in one side, and the other has her quad, my zero turn mower, a Gorilla cart, and various random junk. Someday, if if I find a job before we have to move out, I'm hoping to get a storage shed, so we can move the quad and mower there... and I could finally park my truck in the garage :D But as I learned from a buddy in the Army - "wish in one hand and shit in the other, see which one fills up fastest". :crapstorm::cookiemonster:

The guy that built this place, knew how to do things...bad things.

He used nails, hammered into the top of the railing in a saltwater environment. Not a good exterior nail, but steel nails. Lots of damage. Replaced the expensive cedar and used deck screws, drilled in from the bottom

And I just removed 6, short, steel wood screws that held down the toilet phlange.

That was phun. New toilet installed, no leaks.

Just got back home from the car show / cruise in and had an awesome time . I had alot of people look at my Camaro and ask lot's of questions . It's also really funny watching people swarm around my Camaro when pulled into park and when i left to head home

Some of the questions I was getting was cam specs and I had some people thought I had a solid roller cam and were surprised that I had a 600" lift Hydraulic roller. Some people couldn't believe I had a spool in the rear axle

There was quite a few Pro Street cars and a owner of one of them told me my sbc sounds absolutely wicked at idle

Here's a few of the 200 plus car's there this evening
