MotoIQ was great to work with! Excellent communication and very responsive in my experience with them. Did you fill out the service request form in the garage services tab?

Yep, those still have metal shields on both sides so same thing as a ZZ or 2Z. Just don't put an RS bearing in the small pulleys like what the bigger pulleys have. (RS= Rubber shield) They spin way too fast and will destroy themselves.

Good info. Thanks. Would you happen to know torque specs for the tensioner pulley?

Not sure if yours is the same as mine. My lower pulley has 17mm lock nut, no torque spec given. I just tighten it down by hand with a box wrench.

I was at a concert about two hours away from home and started smelling burnt rubber and truck suddenly got much quieter lol. Ended up throwing the belt on the Procharger so trying to get that belt out of my radiator fan on the side of the road was fun. Pulley is absolutely toast20240421_204958.jpg 20240421_204856.jpg Screenshot 2024-04-22 090534.png

I've been digging into the procharger and install process. In all the videos people have shared, it seems like the blow off valve goes off regularly enough and is loud enough that it'd bug the heck out of me and especially my lady friend. Is there a silent blow off valve? or at least a quieter BOA than what comes with the kit?

The stock bypass valve is not offensive in the default configuration with the filter installed on it. If you want completely quiet buy an EV.

I see a lot of statements on here that the Bando belt stretches a ton but I cannot find the Gates or Green belts anywhere. Does anyone have a source for the better belts?

The Bandos work fine and they're dirt cheap. Gates stopped making the RPM belt which was an upgrade but they're almost impossible to find now.

I'm a little confused on the tuning after install. Does it come with a retune for the sc? Would it be better to get an OTT instead if it does?

The kit can be purchased with a tuning device and tune or without.

We (OTT) can provide you a much improved version of the tune. I would encourage you to get the kit with the supplied tuning device and tune so you can start and run the vehicle on the supplied calibration to verify everything was installed appropriately and there are no installation or parts issues that need to be worked out.

We can then use the supplied hardware from your kit and send you a custom calibration for your vehicle. No need to purchase additional hardware/software/licensing.
