Just put on bilstein 5100 shocks on my 09 access cab. I set the bilstein mid duty springs (+.5in) on the second spring seat (+.85in) to give the front a theoretical lift of 1.35in. Aside from this upgrade, the suspension is completely stock. Currently have 265/75r16 open country MTs. Curious about running 255/85r16s when I replace my current tires. Thoughts on fitment? Not super interested in doing any cutting, trimming, or chopping. Wouldn't be heartbroken if the mass concensus was to stick with the 265s.1000001256.jpg Snapchat-1965659274.jpg

I’ve bolted some stuff to it *lists cool stuff here*
Probably would rub some, so it’d stay 265. don’t really know how it’d fit without trying it i suppose though..

tons of factors, like you said the height is theoretical, then after that there’s the alignment.. and what’s achievable with stock suspension parts

Stock your 20 inches center of hub up to your fender in the front. I’d go for the 255 tires and if you end up rubbing something then trim it. Wheel alignment is a big factor. Lift dosen’t help fitting bigger tires unless you never compress your suspension, at some point you’ll be back to stock height.

I like how your truck looks but I don't understand your reply. Could you clarify? What size tires are those in your photograph?

2" OME Bilstein Lift Cooper ST MAXX 255 85R16 TRD Pro Grill OME Bedmat Weathertech Liners all around
I ran 255/85 R16 Cooper ST MAXX tires with my OME 2” lift with stock OR wheels with zero rub. But due to the weight of the tires (I think) my mpgs dropped to 14. I ran two sets of those tires. Then I switch to BFGoodrich AT K02s in a 235/85 R16 size Which are the same height tire. I’m now back to 20 mpg‘s if I drive it responsibly.
