whats the ideal valve lash on a s/c 3.4

    trd supercharger the grey version , k&n intake , trd headers , 2 1/2 inch catback
    i am in the middle of doing a valve lash if some1 could help me find the magic number for both intake and exhaust . all my valvees r in spec but on the tight site , intake .007 intake and .0012 exhast by the way i bought that sst tool from snap on . waste of money my shims were stuck and had to take cam off ,m way easier

    it was atypo and there .012 , does any body in this world have insight into valve lash adjusting ...... i have hott spots on my shims r they reusable , hmmmmmmm where can i buy shims other than the stealerships my truck taken aprt in 500 pices so let me know if any of u gurus know whats up

    [i know the spec i have the book , there r on the tight side like .007---.0013 and the shims have nice hot spots on the tight lash , could u reuse the hot spotted shims? should i even bother setting the lash .015 , some other forum said to do that
