That area is about 180 miles from me. The 500 is a fun ride, you will enjoy yourself. HWY 180 is super fun! Get ready to knee drag lol

Thinking something very primitive that incorporates a ramp or I will just make an opening at the front that is ground level so a bike or 2 can be pushed in out of the rain.

But hell at this point should I just put a sliding barn door on them, so people feel more secure?

Shoot just a little lean-to off the side would be more than enough.

Thats an awesome idea for a ramp, my bike is 300lbs and its a pain, higher ground would help.

Leaning posts are a super good idea as well.

Slippery point would be a noise curfew, I wouldnt want to hear any 2 strokes after 10-11pm and any earlier than 8am , but everyone is different.

TW200 is the short one but its really hard to find for a reasonable price and it feels ancient. I'd love one but for 2000, not 8000. XT sits higher, more dirtbike like.

    Prices are so stupid now.

You must be on the west coast! You can find them all day long for 2500-4k depending on year on the east coast. From Ga to NC I see them for cheap. Now they rode like a beach bike, so you will be tuning the suspension if you wanna give it hell ;)

Canada near west coast, so ya, prices suck.

    upload_2024-6-2_17-28-11.png

I'd 100% put an ATV tire on it and give it hell if I had one. We just dont have the open spaces for it, many provinces and states make you stay on trails, and the TW200 always seemed like a dune/beach/field bike/camp site bike.

If they ever update the TW200 with fuel injection I would be sorely tempted to have two bikes.

Mosko Moto runs one about 5 miles down the road from their HQ, right by the ORBDR and WABDR trail heads/ends, depending on what way you're running it. Pretty cool setup and may be some inspiration. One thing I like about their setup is a common outdoor cooking area.

Quiet hours, plenty of trees/shade with level grass pads for tent camping, laundry machines, covered/leveled area for bike maintenance, oil/fluid disposal spot and rental/loaner tools if you're feeling fancy.

Hell yeah! That’s awesome! Sounds like a TW’s dream meetup spot! Looking forward to such a event in the near future!

If you're adding a gun range I would recommend you make the site a dry (no booze) site at well. Firearms are awesome, but idiots have a bad habit of mixing them with alcohol and that is a recipe for disaster. Even if thought gun ranges are always sober only; that won't stop people who plan to use the range from bringing booze for their camping spot. Then all it takes is one idiot getting sauced up and any of a million reasons getting his pistol out of his saddlebag and something bad happening.
