    3.5 inch rough country lift
IMG_8791.jpg So this has been bothering me for a while. I got a rough country 3.5 inch lift for my 2007 Pre Runner. I know rough country isn’t the top tier but it was within budget. Install went great, new leafs and shocks in the back and new struts and springs in the front plus upper control arms. My problem is that the control arms sit so close to the spring. I can barely fit my finger in between. What would be a fix for this ? It was all one kit so i figured it would all work together. The truck has been on this lift for about a year so it has settled all it’s gonna. Maybe longer spindles ? Thanks in advance for any advice !

What exactly are you trying to fix? RC engineered it to fit correctly if installed correctly. If its been installed a year and the UCA isnt contacting the coilover i wouldnt lose sleep over it.

Get the front end off the ground and check full articulation with wheel off. If it is clear on fully compressed bump stops, top is not a prob. On extension, if you are too close or unsure, limiting straps.

Well pretty much no down travel left with those ucas angles. Check it full extension if they touch they’re not gonna. If you add limit straps for down travel you won’t have much left as it’s already very limited with that kit

I assumed we were looking at a picture of his suspension in full droop. If that's ride height he has some issues.

I assumed it was at ride height. Maybe OP will clarify.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Since there's no tire on there, one would guess full droop.

OP, if the UCA isn't touching the spring, it's working just fine.

OP, as stated...if those photos are at full droop then no issues. If they were taken at ride height, we got issues. Need verification
