Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
My 2014 DCLB with 46,000 miles needs a muffler. I just drove it 300 miles and 20 miles from home it started sounding odd. I crawled under the truck and it’s leaking on the back where the hanger brackets are welded on. Just my luck, I’m scheduled for PA state inspection in 3 days!

Anyone have to replace theirs yet? Did you do more than the muffler, it’s a welded system. If you replaced it, did you go with OEM or other?

Took mine to a muffler shop, they welded in a replacement for $104. That was 5 years/50k miles ago. No complaints here.

0xDEADBEEF…….. did you use a chain like Minekee or Monroe, or did you use a private shop?

My 2010 muffler start to rust in the same area. I patched the hole with some muffler repair putty about 2 years ago. Still holding up.

Mine started to rust out/get noisy.
So I patched a couple spots with my mig welder.

Not sure if it’s original, bought it at 117k km.

That’s probably what I’m going to do to try and pass inspection in 3 days. I’ll still get it replaced, but that can’t happen between now and then.
