The sheet metal had been reshaped by the previous owner, but just barely, just enough if you turned the arm right they came right out. Going back in was a different story.

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
Straight up one reason I'm hanging on to my '14. She's no beauty queen these days, but when I think back to all the places she has taken me, and back, all the memories with both kids, the deer I've hauled home in it, the evenings spent sitting on the tailgate drinking with friends out in BFE...

Here's the new hot mess waiting to happen.

What's the biggest tire I can fit without trimming?

With my neighbors '20 F350 losing a cp4 at 70k miles $$$$$$$, I'm even more hesitant to pickup a psd. You'll have to give a full report on that thing.

I will. Full transparency, I don't know that much about them besides exposure of a couple friends owning them. I bought the pro version that is bottom trim level, I don't want any extras. The dealer was like "but you won't have things like heated seats and steering wheel" and my response was "perfect" and I'm cool with that. Vinyl flooring is sweet, just hose that bitch out. Hopefully it's reliable, that's all I really want, bring my family back from where we are going.

This is my third gmc, all of them held up so fingers crossed.

My work truck is the pro version. It's functional with no extras. My only complaint is no lumbar adj in the seat...

Not as big as any other brand. It’s hard to put round tires in square wheel wells.

    Congrats on the new rig!

I've got a NIB 4" Cognito lift with Fox shocks on the rack in the shop if you're at all interested in lifting it  Bought it for our '21 but sold it to go backward to our '17 and it doesnt fit the pre-2020's.

    Thanks Eric!

And oh man, don't tell me that. I said I wasn't going to do anything to this truck! :annoyed: My neighbor has that lift and it makes his truck look perfect IMO. What size tires were you running with it?

I believe with the 4" and a reasonable offset on the wheels it fits 37s on the truck, that was going to be the route I went with ours.
    This is the kit https://cognitomotorsports.com/cogn...20-24-silverado-sierra-2500-3500-2wd-4wd.html
I'd do $1k off the list price for it if you want to snag it. Brand new in the shipping boxes

    PDM steel generally.
But their pricing can be a bit high for off the street walk in folk I believe. That may have changed recently, I heard they got a new manager as the previous was not wanting to drop prices on old inventory so perhaps they're more willing to offer good pricing now.

The guys who did the OR trail 750 miles. You helped replace a bumper winch that broke seven out of the eight bolts

Ah yeah, Nates video. Crazy their old bumper failed like that! Ours is holding strong though! :muscleflexing:
After that install we joined them on the next 100 or so miles of the BDR, bailed before the last leg since it would be a 2 day leg to get to the NV border and we had to be back to the shop on Monday. Fun little trip though!
