Truck rolled over 130k this past week might need to start unbuilding. Havent gone out in weeks. She's basically on commuter duty. Ive even thought about selling the GFC

Ive reverted back to ground camping on the bike

 

Went to the dump, and according to their scales, my truck weighs 6020 lbs. thats my DD empty weight.

 

Wow. i actually went camping in the truck. And night wheeling. Got to the site a little late.

 

And then a Camry rear ended me on my way home. I have one little scrape, their hood is fucked (no pics). Old granny didnt want to exchange info.

 

All this to find that little squeak when turning. Ugh. I think it was a rock, but also could have been my dust shield rubbing on the disc

I'm the same way man. Thought about ditching the camp setup for a regular topper, or just sell it for a RAV4. Hasn't seen dirt since April of last year

i havent been camping in like two years or more tbh... sold all my stuff but i miss camping so might need to snag a cheap ground tent or a new rtt for cheap on marketplace to just get out more.

 

Lotta places around here are great for camping, and been out a ton, but its all hiking trail / backpacking stuff. Not the BLM free-for-all that I had in Utah and loved so much.
