    I think she's spoken for.

But $800k for just another 800hp? I do like them both. So much nicer looking than almost any other EV! I mean who wants a car that looks like something from the Jetsons and only short people can sit in the back?

Having owned an RS4 and a Type R, I can tell you there's nothing like a good sports car.

Nice color. Is that an Accord? What does it have that's pushing 350whp?

Yeah, I am bummed. I am in the application process with the state and legitimizing my side work to a licensed "mobile mechanic" status so I am trying to build some relationships with suppliers. I still plan on just doing it as side work but I've been working on more friends of friends cars and I don't want to get tangled up with a legal battle with the state and the enforcement agency if they send me a bait car etc. and I don't have a license and insurance etc.

The state came in the shop one day and asked to speak to me. Guy lays down a former employees repair order and says I over charged him. Because he had customer pay and warranty work done, there is what's called overlap meaning he pays only for the work not covered by the warranty. I charged extra because the bike was filthy and to work on it, we needed to clean it and that is not covered by warranty. So I explained that to the guy and he says "well, what are you going to do for him? You did overcharge him". I explained again, cleaning is not covered by warranty or as part of any customer pay service work. All that prick could do is say things like "free this" and "free that" and "customer service". It was 100% attempt at extortion. Notes on the RO provide detail of the extra work required so I refused.

The bait cars are often for smog places. But they occasionally go where there are high complaint rates. I would be more worried about the need to provide reports like tires replaced/recycled and hazmat disposal. Proof of pickup and permits are a thing. If you use a compressor, you need an inspection. Compliance is a full time thing.

You have my support bro, I used to be a small business owner, it isn’t easy by any means. I’m looking to have wheel bearings, replace my fuel injectors, and driveshaft points lubricated. Something you could do?

I got the new heads and the Runner back together. Everything was in spec and I am happy with the parts. If anyone needs heads I went to Japanese Engines and parts. They are in San Leandro and they were good to deal with and got me out of a bind. Definitely will work with them again. That was my experience.
