Got some critter running amok up in our attic...lovely

woke up to the sound of it running back and forth at 4:30am...at some point sounded like it was dragging something with it, probably got some plastic or insulation stuck to it's feet. Hoping it finds its way out before I get home from work, I don't really want to have to corner an angry fucking raccoon or some shit. Already got bit by one animal this month, my quota is met

 

Man I hope it gets out and does not die up there. If it's anything bigger that a rat it will stink for months.

we had that happen the year or two after we moved into this place, except it wasn't in the attic it was something under the house. No idea what it was, possum I'd guess just because they're most common around here. But yeah it reeked for weeks

 

That’s going to be just as expensive as the taco if you don’t do any work yourself. I’d look at a loan to get you in the $10k range and get like a 2014+ Corolla with at or under 100k miles.
That thing is 31 years old, old as hell. Things will break, and they will also cost you $1k fix when you pay someone to do it.

 

When I woke up in the early AM because of the noise, I kept thinking back when I was a kid in the kitchen with my mom and suddenly my dad's leg comes bursting through the ceiling above us, he took a misstep in the attic and sunk right through the insulation and into the drywall lol. Scared the shit out of us
