I'm active duty USAF, my wife is a Dept of Army GS-11. She's sweating it... me, whatever. I'll still be at work, she'll have a few days off. May not get paid but we can weather a short vacation.

I just want these bastards to get off their asses and get our economy back on track so our kids don't inherit an insurmountable debt that leaves this country in shambles. As it stands, we are headed over a cliff and taking our children's futures with us. Shameful.

Thanks! Seriously, this is effed up. If I have to live on a budget, how come these idiots don't think they have to??? Unbelievable greed and politics at play. And "entitlement mentality" that so many lazy people enjoy is killing this country and amounts to stealing from our kids. How come they can't see it??? AAARRGGHH!

And here is an opportune time for a reminder that political discussion on TW is verboten.

Lets not go down the path...I'm not sure how much this thread really has to offer- but if it devolves into a name calling political ideology thing...It's locked.
