    5 people, no known allergies
i want to make them dinner cause they got things goin on
something simple [aka few moving parts] and easy to pack up to take over there

i rarely cook for that many people so i am slightly at a loss; i never make casseroles and such, which might be good in this situation

right now i am thinking curry chicken/rice and either air fried brussel sprouts or brocoli
there are some things going on so i'll probably do this a few times but i need some ideas

They won't eat at the same time so it needs to be stuff that can kinda sit and be reheated in the microwave.
Sorry, should have included that up front.

    Spag & Meatballs.
    Boil a box of spaghetti.
A jar of decent pasta sauce... Raos or similar.
Bake a package of premade meatballs. I happen to like Carando from the fresh meat section of grocery.

    Scalable. Want leftovers? Double everything.
Serve in a dispoable 1/2 chafing pan.

Shouldn't take you more than 45 minutes to prepare and deliver. Total cost would be right at $15.

    Chicken and yellow rice.

Vigo saffron yellow rice. A cooked rotisserie chicken from Costco or your fav grocery. Cut up the chicken and mix with the rice, add in some canned peas and carrot bits for authentic color.

A simple side salad of head lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber, along with some Hawaiian rolls.

Curry chicken and Rice with broccoli is a good meal.

But spaghetti with meat sauce and bread is easy too. Not too good for you.
But always seems to go over well around here.

The dad makes chili so I'm not stepping near that one!!

But I will probably make them some picadillo in a few weeks - the best way to describe it is Cuban style chili
Was gonna throw in some hamburger buns so they can make sloppy josés with it

chicken tetrazzini is an easy casserole that reheats nicely and most enjoy, you can also make it with turkey if preferred
