Just got back from PA and it was incredibly nice. I've always heard good things about Ithaca. Hopefully you sneak in before a hot streak.

Small world, I was just up there last weekend in Aurora for my wife's college reunion. She went to Wells, apparently they are closing the school after this semester...been around for over 150 years, shame.

 

I once spent a week in Cazenovia at a car club meet. I really enjoy that area.

That sucks. My mom went to Penn Hall in PA, now it's a senior living facility. The fate of some private colleges is sad.

Yeah they cited financial troubles which I guess is all too common right now. But given what college, especially private, tuition costs at these schools it's mind boggling how they still go under. Probably too many people at the top being too greedy.

I toured the campus with her and it's huge for such a small school, beautiful grounds and buildings a couple centuries old...tons of history. Sad indeed. Makes me wonder what they are going to do with all of those buildings now.
