I'll just keep the air suspension on the GX; it has a "lower" function on it as well :anonymous:

It's funny too because she gets mail from them every few months asking for donations, and apparently one alumni class showed up to the reunion with over $400k in money they raised for the school. Why??? The fucking place already announced they were closing lol. So weird, hopefully it goes to the teachers and staff that are now out of their jobs

Yeah that was the story with my moms old campus. They have to rely on donors so heavily that if they step out of line with spending too often (or with too much ambition) it's just all bad and eventually those beautiful old campuses go unused for learning. Hopefully hers will sell to someone that will repurpose it well.

That’s crazy, I hadn’t heard about that. Id guess with declining birth rates and the decreasing importance of higher education in the job market, we’ll see more small colleges go under in the coming years unfortunately.

I'm fortunate to be in a position that I am not tied by the golden handcuffs of debt and have some savings that I could walk away, and I think the message was heard.

True, unless you just happen to stop by :anonymous:

You can't go wrong with any chop saw though really; it's basically a large angle grinder since hot saws use abrasive cutting wheels

Bet you can find a good, plug-in Makita for super cheap (and it'd be nicer too)

    That's legit

Crazy how certain companies only deal in large pieces; I've seen I beams discarded that were all 3' and less all because it was too small to use and just cut off's from 10' and longer sections

    Thick stuff too
