I could do my job completely remote right now, the person before me did.

Maybe. The application window is only once a year for a week or so. It was back in April this year.

It's encouraging to hear that he is open to listening to your concerns. I hope that translates to having your back when it comes to dealing with those that think you should be doing more.

This is anecdotal, but I had a boss once tell me that I didn't look busy enough. I asked her if there was a problem with the quantity or quality of my work. She said no, that wasn't it. I never heard another thing about it. You see, she had others that had the same (or very similar) workload who never were able to keep up and seemed flustered about it.

I am hopeful that your boss respects your competency.

 

Yeah this is why so many little girls have bangs lol. Only real way to keep it out of their face unless you let it get long enough to pull it all back

He's got the thick hair going on too, that's how Sofia's is and yeah if you skip brushing it for a day it's a freaking challenge to brush out the tangles later.

We use a conditioner spray for her every morning which helps a lot. But she also hasn't had a haircut yet in 4 years so the split ends make it a lot worse. She's finally agreed to get a haircut and looking forward to it thank god

 

Hmm, forgot about those sprays but now that you mention it I remember my mom using it on my sister when she was young

A big part of me wants to get his hair cut, but not sure how exactly
